All sales of electronic products are final and non-refundable.

 

Physical Products (sharpening equipment, supplies, etc.)

Physical products may be returned within 30 days from the original purchase date for a full product refund if the product is in new condition. If the product is in used condition, a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product's value may be assessed depending on the condition of the product. 

To initiate a return, please us the contact form. You must reference both your order number and the email address you used to complete your purchase.

Shipping charges paid at the original time of purchase are not refundable. 

When returning items, you are responsible for the return shipping charges. You may use any shipping carrier that you like. Refunds are processed within 1 week from when the product is received.
